Christ in the Old and New Testament: Towards a New Theology

A powerful account of the life of Christ in heaven and on earth and his role in evolution. A seminal work of Christian theology that speaks to all people whatever their religion and will inspire them for years to come.

The incarnation of Christ is the greatest event in human history. It created a bridge of the chasm created by the falling away of Earth from Heaven. It reached its climax in the crucifixion. But what was ment to be a divine ritual degenerated into a sordid event due to the failing of human beings. Although hidden to many, Christ’s working on Earth continues today. The Christianity of the future is represented by St. Paul. It is both universal and free from dogma. Those around Jesus Christ were accustomed to rely on the standard set by the law. He who did not offend against the law would be saved from sinning. But He put another picture before them. He spoke of the human soul so filled with enthusiasm for what he could become by the power of the Spirit within that he would be greater than the one that was only able to keep regulations.
