This comprehensive book suggests how true human dignity can be attained through a correct understanding of karma and destiny in the workplace. Michael Spence describes how we can be socially, legally, and economically true to the realities of spiritual science. The author has lectured at Waldorf schools across North America, and this important book will guide us to new social possibilities if we have the courage to work with his ideas.

About the Author

Michael Spence was born on a farm in Kenya. When he was 15, his family returned to England where he attended the Michael Hall (Waldorf) School. After graduation he spent two years national service in the army, worked in a London shipping office, served 4 years with the Kenya Police, and even spent a short spell selling encyclopedias door to door. He worked seven years as a representative and branch manager of a finance company, when finally at 36, he was invited by Francis Edmunds to join the small group of people working to develop Emerson College. During this time he also married Roswitha Mann. Their two children went through Michael Hall from 1 to 12.
