She is a director at the IPSUM Institute in Munich, which trains parental advisors in early-years childcare. She gives lectures and seminars on practical issues relating to daily childcare and family life. She is the author of\u00a0<em>Stress-Free Parenting in 12 Steps<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matthew Barton<\/strong>\u00a0is a translator, editor, teacher, and poet, and taught kindergarten for many years at the Bristol Waldorf School. His first collection of poems was\u00a0<i>Learning To Row<\/i>\u00a0(1999).
