The World and Humanity at the Crossroads of The Occult Political Movements of Our Time
PART 3 of The socio-political spiritual-scientific Trilogy
The World and Humanity at the Crossroads of the Occult-Political Movements of Our Time is the culminating volume of Gennadi Bondarev’s Socio-political Spiritual-scientific Trilogy, a 25-year undertaking that brings Anthroposophical spiritual science into direct engagement with the political, cultural, and technological crises of the modern world.
Drawing from Rudolf Steiner’s epistemology, esoteric Christianity, and a lifetime of contemplative research, Bondarev uncovers the supersensible forces shaping contemporary events—revealing how ancient archetypes, the Cain and Abel streams, and the activity of higher spiritual beings continue to influence global politics, ideological conflicts, and the evolution of human consciousness.
This third volume addresses themes of profound urgency: the deepening polarization of Left and Right, the occult nature of political power, the rise of digitalism as a new world religion, and the decisive role of Anthroposophy in the Age of Light inaugurated in 1899. Bondarev presents a path toward freedom through the transformation of thinking, the development of moral intuition, and the reconciliation of long-divided human streams within the individual “I.”
A powerful synthesis of spiritual science and socio-political insight, this book offers readers not only a diagnosis of our civilizational crisis, but a spiritual methodology for meeting it—courageously, consciously, and creatively.
About the Author
Gennadi A. Bondarev (1936–2022) was a Russian Anthroposophist, researcher, and author known for his rigorous and deeply meditative approach to spiritual science. A lifelong student of the work of Rudolf Steiner, Bondarev devoted his career to developing a disciplined methodology of thinking grounded in epistemology, moral intuition, and the conscious activity of the human “I.”
Working independently for decades, he produced a body of writings that united social science, epistemology, esoteric Christianity, and the evolution of human consciousness. His three-volume Socio-political Spiritual-scientific Trilogy represents the culmination of 25 years of research and is considered his major contribution to contemporary Anthroposophical thought.
Bondarev’s work is marked by clarity, exactness, and spiritual responsibility. Through his study groups, essays, and books, he sought to cultivate in readers a capacity for free, active, and morally grounded thinking—an essential prerequisite for understanding the forces shaping modern civilization. His writings continue to influence students of spiritual science, social threefolding, and the esoteric tasks of our time.
