About the Author

Atmani founded the House of Singing in Hirschhorn, Germany, over 25 years ago, driven by a deep commitment to exploring and developing the human voice. His work is deeply rooted in Anthroposophy and has given rise to numerous research and training programs.

Atmani studied composition and harmony at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow and holds a Waldorf teaching diploma. As a composer, he has created an extensive body of musical works, and his artistic expression also extends to painting. His visual artworks have been exhibited in Germany, Switzerland and China.

His pioneering research in cymatics led to the creation of the Lautsänger, a groundbreaking instrument capable of reproducing music and speech with unparalleled clarity. In addition, he designs technologies that harness electromagnetic forces in ways that support human well-being and perception.

He also developed the Orphic-Musical Education, a unique approach to artistic and inner development that integrates music, speech, and movement in a holistic, soul-centered pedagogy.

As the driving force behind the Orphideum, he is actively engaged in renewing the fields of art, science, medicine, and therapy. Through his teaching, composing, painting, writing, and lecturing, he cultivates a living, experiential Anthroposophy—one that unfolds through artistic, spiritual, and scientific research and transformative practice. This process of renewing arises from a systematic, deeply structured, and intensive engagement with the fundamental principles of the world through enlivened thinking—enabling the emergence of new foundations across disciplines.
