eBook Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all digital book (eBook) purchases from the Rudolf Steiner Bookstore & Marketplace. By purchasing an eBook you agree to them.
What you’re buying
Our eBooks are DRM-free digital editions, delivered as ePub files unless the product page notes another format (such as PDF). DRM-free means no locked apps and no expiration — we trust our readers.
Delivery & re-downloads
Your download link appears immediately after checkout and in your order confirmation email. Links do not expire, and you can re-download your eBook at any time from your account. If a link ever fails, write to us and we will restore your access.
License — one user per book
Each eBook purchase is a personal, single-user license. You may read your eBook on any number of your own devices and keep a private backup copy. You may not share, redistribute, resell, lend, or post the file online. One reader, one license — the same way one printed book serves one household shelf.
The Rudolf Steiner Bookstore is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and authors and publishers receive their share of every eBook sale. Honoring the one-user license directly supports the people who create these works.
Refunds
Because an eBook cannot be returned, all eBook sales are final once the download is delivered. If your file is defective, corrupted, or not the title you purchased, contact us and we will replace it promptly — and if we cannot put a working copy in your hands, we will refund you in full.
Reading your eBook
ePub files open in most reading apps — Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, and many others. If you don’t already have a reader, we recommend the free, open-source Calibre app. See our guide: How to Read an ePub eBook.
