It provides invaluable advice to those considering this career path, and includes sections on different training options, developing your own curriculum, arranging an internship or apprenticeship, and making the most of your training. Extensive appendices contain information on training opportunities worldwide, a skills checklist, keeping a farm journal, farm safety, and managing conflict.
