Intricacies of Karma
The dual reality of karma (or destiny) and reincarnation form the basis of modern spiritual-scientific investigation. To begin with, it is therefore of primary importance to gain insight into the themes of one’s own life. Although what is discovered can be seen as being of a very personal nature, the substance of our lives, and destiny itself, do follow spiritual laws and always appear in the light of a higher purpose. Thus it is possible, even in the case of such a personal subject as karma, to describe general or recurring tendencies.
The acceptance and conscious experience of one’s own karma always eventually leads to spiritual knowledge—knowledge that can be gained only on earth and only by the human being. And so the human being can be seen as truly the crown of creation, while higher angelic powers look down with infinite trust upon what only human beings can bring to them from our lives on earth: love and freedom. This book is a heartfelt attempt to illuminate this mysterious but ever-present subject of karma from different angles, straightforwardly, without sensationalism, only calm understanding.

About the Author
Rob Gruben came into direct contact with spirituality for the first time in the summer of 1994, when he was thirty years old — though, as he later realized, he had been unconsciously in contact with it all his life. It was the beginning of a long and arduous path to insight, facilitated by inspirations from the spiritual world; the ever-increasing stream of esoteric knowledge was proof to him that the path he had chosen was the right one. He has written many books on esoteric subjects in Dutch; this is the first to be published in English.
