The Christian Community

The Christian Community is a movement for religious renewal founded in 1922 with the guidance of Rudolf Steiner by a group of theologians led by Friedrich Rittelmeyer. This collection of approximately 80 titles gathers works on the sacramental life, theology, and liturgical practice of this community, as well as foundational texts by its founding priests.

Key authors include Friedrich Rittelmeyer (Rudolf Steiner Enters My Life), Emil Bock (The Three Years, Genesis), Alfred Heidenreich, and Rudolf Frieling. Steiner’s Pastoral Medicine lectures provide the spiritual-scientific background from which the renewed sacraments — including the Act of Consecration of Man — emerged.

Whether you are a member of the Christian Community or exploring renewed sacramental Christianity, this collection provides essential reading. Related titles appear under Esoteric Christianity.
